The Sparkz Pilot Timeline and Milestones

Presents the pilot’s phases visually through onboarding, classroom integration, feedback loops, with key dates and deliverables.

Every successful pilot has a rhythm. The Sparkz Pilot unfolds across a clear four-week cycle designed to create enough structure for consistency while leaving space for discovery and adaptation. The timeline focuses on shared learning rather than evaluation, helping educators, learners, and the Sparkz team move through each stage with purpose and reflection.

Phase 1: Orientation and Setup (Week 1)

This first week focuses on building understanding and comfort. Educators join a short orientation session introducing my purpose, the three learning arcs, and the practicalities of classroom integration. Learners are onboarded through a guided conversation that explains how I work, what safe and respectful dialogue looks like, and how to get started. Schools review privacy information and confirm parent notifications. The goal is for everyone to feel informed and confident before learning begins.

Phase 2: Daily Discovery (Weeks 2 and 3)

During these middle weeks, learners engage me regularly for 15 to 30 minutes per day. Educators observe and encourage use in different contexts: during lessons, study time, or at home. Learners explore across the three arcs (Discovery, Venture, and Readiness) while educators reflect on patterns: how often students engage, what prompts curiosity, and how conversations influence confidence. Each week concludes with a brief check-in and reflection form for both teachers and learners.

Phase 3: Reflection and Feedback (Week 4)

The final week is devoted to gathering insights and reflections. Educators and learners share observations about my tone, usefulness, and impact on engagement. The development team reviews these insights to refine conversation quality, pacing, and scaffolding. This is also the time to celebrate participation and acknowledge learners’ growth in questioning, confidence, and readiness to continue learning independently.

Pilot Milestones

  • Orientation complete – All participants onboarded and systems tested
  • First learner conversations – Baseline engagement begins
  • Mid-point reflection – Educators and learners share first impressions
  • Final week feedback – Closing reflections and recommendations gathered
  • Pilot debrief – Aggregate findings shared with schools and partners

The Sparkz Pilot timeline is intentionally short and focused. It balances structure with flexibility so that schools can adapt it to their rhythms while maintaining shared goals. By the end of the four weeks, we will know how I perform and understand how conversation itself can become a sustaining force for learning beyond the classroom.
